ENG. KATO KAGGA

Managing Director


Kato is the Managing Director of KKATT, an Infrastructural specialist. He is a Registered Engineer (REng.) and a Member of Uganda Institution of Civil Engineers (MUIPE) in Uganda and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, (MICE) in the UK. He holds a Masters in Project Management (MSc.) from Sheffield University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng.) from the University of Birmingham in the U.K. He has over 20 years international and local experience in Engineering, Business development, Project management and implementation of projects

AMINA KYABANGI

Director


Amina is a senior Social Development Specialist holding a Bachelor (BA.) degree in Social Sciences. She has over 13 years of local and international professional experience in Infrastructure Development particularly in the field of Socio-Economic Evaluation, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Resettlement Action Planning (RAP), Implementation of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP), Monitoring and Evaluation, Asset Management and Project Management. She also has experience in working with International Donor Standards for JICA, World Bank, African Development Bank, KFW and IFC. Amina is the Director, Environment and Social Impact Assessment.

ENG. RONNIE LULE

Technical Director


Eng. Ronnie Lule holds a Bachelor of Sciences (BSc.) in Civil Engineering from Makerere University and has worked in Uganda and South Africa for the last 20 years’ experience. He coordinates and project manages our Civil Infrastructure projects, especially Structural Engineering projects for the firm. His specialist expertise has mainly been in project management, design, development and construction supervision of Structures and Roads and Bridges.
